Many of our operators work from home, which is great for them, but throws up its own challenges in managing a growing workforce.

QBISCOM is a totally web-based hosted solution, located in a server farm, with massive bandwidth availability and hardware redundancy.  "I'm not a techy person, so I was surprised to find that an awful lot of telephony uses the internet cable network already.  QBISCOM simply makes best use of it, by eliminating the need for old-fashioned handsets.  Our network is totally PC based.  If you are used to cradling a handset in the crook of your neck, then it can take a bit of getting used to wear a headset.  Once you do though, you'll never go back, as it gives you a 100% increase in their hand department!  After a while, you change your way of working.  I used to take any telephone notes down in shorthand on a jotter, then transcribe them to notes on the PC.  Now, using QBISCOMand its close-coupled sister product, qbis.net, everything is typed straight into the pc.
