This is best for people who need quick guidance before deciding what to book.

Employment Strategy Session — $195

This is a practical consultation session for people who want to talk through their situation in more detail, without booking a reference check.

This session is designed to help you think through your position, your risks, your options and the best approach for your circumstances. We can discuss what may be happening in your job search, how your employment history may be interpreted, what former employers may say, and what you can do to improve your position.

We can also work through practical tactics, including how to choose referees, how to approach difficult employment history, how to explain sensitive issues, how to reduce risk, and how to present yourself more confidently to employers.

This is best for people who need advice, strategy and direction, but are not ready to proceed with a reference check.

Interview Preparation — $295

This service is for people who want practical interview support before speaking with an employer.

We help you prepare your interview strategy, refine your talking points, and think through how to position yourself for the role. The session can include practising answers, preparing for difficult questions, reviewing how to explain a difficult work history, and strengthening the way you speak about your skills, experience and achievements.

This can also include feedback on your CV or resume from a hiring perspective, especially where your work history, job titles, gaps, short roles or wording may raise questions.

This is best for people who want to feel prepared, credible and confident before an interview, especially where there may be sensitive issues to explain.

Reference Check — $275

This is a focused reference check with one nominated referee.

It is designed for people who have one key referee they are unsure about. You may be worried that the person will be negative, vague, inconsistent, overly cautious, or focused on the wrong parts of your employment history.

We speak with you first to understand your role, the working relationship, your concerns, and the type of jobs you are applying for. We then contact your nominated referee and provide a written summary of the feedback received, including strengths, concerns, possible risk areas and overall reference risk.

This is best for people who want clarity before listing someone as a referee, or who suspect one past employment relationship may be affecting their job search.

Reference Check Plus — $445

This is a deeper reference check across up to two nominated referees.

It is designed for people who want a broader view of how their references may be received by a future employer. Sometimes the issue is not one bad reference, but inconsistency between referees, unclear feedback, hesitation, or comments that create doubt.

We speak with you first to understand your situation, concerns and role history. We then contact up to two nominated referees and provide a written summary that compares the themes across both conversations.

This helps identify whether your references appear supportive, mixed, uncertain or risky, and whether they are the right referees to use for future applications.

This is best for people who are actively applying for roles and want to choose the strongest referees before an employer reaches the final stage.

Executive Confidence — $1,295

This service is for executives, managers and senior professionals applying for higher-value or higher-scrutiny roles.

At senior level, references, reputation, leadership history, LinkedIn presence and interview performance can carry significant weight. A vague, cautious or poorly managed reference can create concern, particularly when the role involves leadership, governance, stakeholder management, commercial responsibility or organisational change.

Executive Confidence includes checks with up to three nominated referees, CV, resume and LinkedIn feedback, role and industry-specific interview preparation, a structured mock interview, feedback on your answers, and a follow-up coaching session.

This is best for people applying for management, executive, specialist or professional roles where the stakes are higher and the application process needs to be handled carefully.
